DR.D/GPF Team Dominate Fresno AX

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

A.J. was the man to beat in the Lites class all night long in Fresno going out and setting great lap times in practice.  A.J. got his starts figured out this weekend and got the holeshot in his heat race leading from start to finish.  He started the same in the main event and never looked back opening up a gap on the rest of the field.  At the finish it was GPF’s A.J. Catanzaro with a comfortable victory over supercross rider Tiger Lacey and A.J.’s west lites competition Cory Green.

A.J. now leads the Lites west points by 3 over Cory Green with 6 nights of racing in the west to go.  The Arenacross rookie has a ton of confidence after the weekend and will be even more of a force to be reckoned with the rest of the season.

Crazy Indy Expo

Thursday, February 18th, 2010

Tyically the word “crazy” associated with Indy Dealer Expo is attributed to nightlife, bad kareoke, and insane show fans.  2010 Indy was crazy, but for all the wrong reasons.  Here Doug Dubach and Ron Lechien swap racing tales at 2:30am at the ‘diverted’ airport in Dayton, Ohio.  The “Dogger” and his staff at Maxima and Team DR.D piled 7 people into a rental car to begin the 2.5 hour journey to Indy.  Cancelled flights, lost luggage, missing shipments and 24hours of travel, improperly…kicked off a crazy Indy weekend.

INDY DEALER EXPO

Wednesday, February 17th, 2010

One of the craziest Indy Expos ever has come to close.  (More “news’ on that later).  The DR.D booth was packed throughout the weekend with great stories keeping us entertained throughout.  Here Randy Hawkins resists another advance from a female fan while Dirt Bike Magazines Tom Webb looks on in awe.  Terry Beal and Gina Dubach talk marketing with DR.D Canadian Distributor, Gamma Sales.  Where is Dubach? Behind the curtain repairing broken crates!
